Sophie Turner, best known for her role as Sansa Stark in the HBO series Game of Thrones, is set to star as Lara Croft in a new Tomb Raider series.

The series will be written by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who won an Oscar for her work on the screenplay for Fleabag.

The new Tomb Raider series is expected to be a more faithful adaptation of the video games than the previous films, which starred Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft.
