PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott has been named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance in the team's 31-17 win over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
Elliott was 4-for-4 on field goal attempts, including a 55-yarder in the fourth quarter, and he also made his only extra point attempt. His field goals helped the Eagles build a 10-point lead in the first half, and his 55-yarder gave them a 24-17 lead in the fourth quarter.
