Adrien Rabiot poised for international return
Midfielder set for Les Bleus recall after impressive club form
Rabiot has been in impressive form for Juventus this season
Adrien Rabiot is set to make his return to the France national team after being named in Didier Deschamps' squad for the upcoming friendlies against Ivory Coast and South Africa.
The Juventus midfielder has been in impressive form for his club this season, helping them to the top of the Serie A table and the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Rabiot's last appearance for France came in March 2019, when he was sent off in a 2-0 defeat to Turkey.
He has since been recalled to the squad on several occasions, but has not yet featured under Deschamps.
Rabiot's return to the international fold is a boost for France, who are looking to rebuild after their disappointing performance at the 2022 World Cup.
The midfielder is expected to play a key role for Les Bleus in the upcoming friendlies, as they prepare for their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign.
